Terms and Conditions:
- Group rates apply for a minimum group size of 20. Payment is to be made in one lump sum on or before arrival. Groups with less than 20 will be required to pay the minimum of 20 people.
- Bookings must be booked in advance by calling 01278 751628 or info@animal-farm.co.uk
- Please contact the team should you require an invoice prior to the visit or would like to discuss an alternative payment method. Invoices will be charged at £10.
- If arriving individually you will need to provide a group guest list one week prior to the group visit. Guests who do not appear on your guest list will be charged the regular entrance fee. If no guest list is provided, your guests will be asked to wait at admissions until the group leader and whole group have arrived.
- Group leader will be required to pay, at reception, before any group members may enter the park. Individual payment is not available.
- Please ensure the £50 deposit is sent at time of booking to guarantee your booking. Some periods are very busy, and we cannot hold a date if the deposit is not received. Deposits can be paid over the phone 01278 751628 or online through our website ticket facility.
